Shipping policy

United Kingdom and Islands Orders

Retail Web Orders: 

Orders placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the same day and shipped via our Standard Next Day* Service tracked delivery service. 

Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the next day and shipped via our Standard Next Day* Service tracked delivery service. 

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed on the next working day (Monday excluding Bank Holidays) and shipped via our Standard Next Day* Service tracked delivery service. 

When your parcel is shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us with a link to be able to track your order.

Please allow at least 5 days after receiving the shipping dispatch notification for your order to arrive before contacting us, orders are usually received by you within 48 hours of dispatch.

*Next Day Service is available for all England, Wales, Isle of Wight and select Scotland post codes.  Norther Ireland, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands and all other Scotland, Highland and Islands post codes may take between 3 and 5 days. All delivery services are based on working days and exclude weekends.

All Other International Orders

We are currently unable to accept orders for international shipping via our website and can only accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank or if your delivery country is not visible. 

Order Status and History

If you've placed an order via our website as a registered customer, you can check the status of your order by logging in and viewing the 'Order History' under 'My Account'.
